I joined Atkins in December 2012 when Atkins successfully won the Wiltshire Term Maintenance Contract. My current responsibilities are to design and manage the Minor Improvement, Surface Only and Footway Schemes programme of works and train Apprentice Engineers. I have managed the Surface Only Schemes for the last 2 years, the Minor Improvement Schemes for the five years and the Footway Maintenance programme for the last six years. In September 2013 I completed a one month secondment to the India office to distribute work and provided technical support. In October 2014 I was successful in becoming an Incorporated Engineer with the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.
