I am currently researching and building business systems to improve procurement, sales and quality management across the company. Delivered to date:- Built an interactive procurement database with automated ordering.- Researched and built a novel building specification with a simple user interface.- Implemented a QR code system allowing workers access to the current plans and specifications on the factory floor.- Developed relationships with new suppliers and managed/refined current supplier contracts.- Created an automated estimation tool to quickly provide clients with a provisional estimate for a building.What's next:- Integrate the CRM to bring the whole customer and product lifecycle under one searchable system.- Integrate factory and site project management systems to improve communication.

Returning full time to British Log Cabins, I worked across many aspects of the business, delivering:- A new project pricing system.- Management of supplier and client contracts. - Rebranding of the company- Built a new faster, more attractive website with better SEO.- Implemented a new CRM with better task assignment.- Ongoing financial modelling and forecasting.

At Ergoport I engaged in a fixed term, 6-month contract, joining the management team to refine company processes and find avenues for improvement and growth. This included the review of supplier contracts, researching additional products for import and business process modelling.

Designing the business processes for the import, compliance and distribution of Mutt Motorcycles in Australia, including:- ADR compliance.- In house logistics and distribution methods.- Building a relational database to manage and track a vehicle and client lifecycle.- Contract negotiation and supplier management.- Writing company policy based on business process.- Designing custom financial instruments to raise investment capital.- Strategic business planning and analysis.

I was the co-founder of British Log Cabins; a niche construction company building unique handcrafted log structures across the UK, from holiday homes to commercial buildings. My role in the company included but was not limited to carpentry and log building, financial planning, marketing, business process creation and systems development.
