Sep-2021 -PresentHR and payroll Test Analyst As a part of a team, I am responsible for all testing in relation to changes to the HR/Payroll systems used within Mitchells & Butlers (primarily SAP), its data, and supporting business processes. I am also responsible for the deployment and delivery of the tickets and CRs and this sometimes will be assisting with frontline queries regarding the changes implemented.• Testing includes Tickets, Changes and Sap Notes. Working closely with users within Shared Services but also supporting other area such as BC&T. Recently worked closely with BC&T ensuring the new Team Plan upgrade was tested successfully.• I often must work to set deadlines. SAP notes must be deployed every quarter to ensure we have the correct notes. Certain notes are legal requirements, I must ensure they are tested, signed off and deployed within set time frames.• Whilst testing I must ensure I raise and track any defects on a third-party supply portal.
