Within my role as Lead Customer Success Manager my tasks included:- Leading a team of customer success managers and associates, overseeing their performance and providing guidance and support.- Driving successful project execution by managing internal project workflows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to customer requirements.- Collaborating with customers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry to analyze their specific needs and deliver tailored virtual reality software solutions that optimize their training, marketing, and sales processes.- Developing and implementing standardized content for internal products, enhancing efficiency and consistency across customer projects.- Optimizing project workflows by closely collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the production department and the leadership team, to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.- Assisting customers with the implementation of VR software, offering comprehensive support and guidance throughout the onboarding and integration phases.- Fostering strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

PhD student in the group of Prof. Dr. Birgit Esser. Research focus is the design, synthesis, and investigation of functional organic π-systems, supported by quantum chemical calculations, for Organic Batteries and Organic LEDs amongst others.
