Motorola Mobility, Inc. was acquired by Google in May of 2012.• Managed the filing of the required registration Form 10 and updates and the initial Form 10-K which were all done on a carve-out basis.• Managed the filing of subsequent Form 10-Qs and 10-K on a stand-alone basis including XBRL tagging. • Served as Chair of the Finance Policy Committee which was responsible for approving and communicating all finance policies and all other policies that could have a financial impact.• Participated in all reserve, legal, restructuring, and disclosure reviews to ensure proper and consistent accounting judgment was being applied.• Prepared and provided monthly finance training sessions on accounting policies and new accounting standards for Motorola Mobility.
