Job Description - Support in monthly BU closing for actual and forecast, including analysis and explanations. - Prepare Marketing performance report, Net Sales and CMC bridges and P&L simulation files - Determine and book FIRE Central Corrections. - Assist BU Controller with Working Capital, & Average Operating Asset Analysis. - Prepare analysis and official “comments” for YTD Act and FC.vs. PY, vs. Budget, and vs. LFC. BU Budget - - Prepare analysis of Net sales, standard manufacturing costs, period expenses, etc.- Complete BU Budget in Fire, both total year and seasonalized. Prepare Net Sales and CMC bridges and P&L simulation file. Determine FIRE Central Corrections. Upload data into Fire.- Send out daily sales reporting/Generate BU MPR (units, NS, CMC),…- Collaborate with sales and factory controllers to support problem solving, check consistency of reporting/guidelines and propose areas for improvement/best practices- Collaborate with Central Division Controlling in Hannover to meet timings/prepare required analysis & special projects as required- Provide analysis and leads projects as needed.Other Responsibilities- Regional/Market P&Ls for US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, etc.- Weekly Estimate, Final Trend, & Trend vs. Actual- Bimonthly Divisional Board Presentation for CEO, includes chart preparation, consolidation, & explanation to CEO- 5 Year BU Strategy by Market Consolidated with Various Assumptions completed Biyearly- R&Os, Working Capital, and Free Cash Flow Reporting- Monthly Dashboard update completed for Upper Management- Forecast by Month for BU and CMC after variations by Market- Volume Price Mix analysis (Material Price Recovery)- Review and provide analysis for Business Plans & Capital Requests

Concur • Management of all activities, processes, & reporting of Concur Expense Reporting & Corporate Credit Cards for both Automotive & Rubber Divisions in the US & Canada • Oversight of local audit team that ensures expense reporting adheres to Continental Policy.GRIR • Responsible for identifying process for GRIR for the US including roles & responsibilities, develop regular reporting & updates. As well as, coordination of resolution of task force meeting and follow up.
