I have worked within the hospitality industry for the past 20 years, starting out as a Pastry Chef in a fast-past restaurant in the heart of Manchester. Enjoying a more direct, customer-focused role, I moved into hotel management where I led a strong and motivated Front of House team. In 2015, I moved over to Roslyns Group, joining their team of nationwide stock auditors. Three years later, my role developed into Business Development Manager, working directly with site operators to provide a variety of business support, including accounting, financial forecasting & tax advice. Having a keen eye for detail, constantly striving for results, my role gives me the great opportunity to support and advise clients to develop and grow their business. Being highly motivated, my goal is to see clients succeed in their endeavors. Working with individual operators, multi-site operators, and third-parties, I am highly approachable and have excellent communication skills.
