I recruit for accountants and finance staff at all levels and have a particular interest in logistics that goes back 20 years when I first sold into the industry.I have come to recruitment late in my career having spent time working for large international organisations as well as founding small start-ups. My approach is simple & candid; I look to develop long term, trusted relationships with both candidates and clients.Prior to recruitment I worked in the downstream oil industry where I have been involved in sales, marketing, strategy and organisation design with some of the world’s largest organisations. Achievements:• Grew a bootstrapped start up recruitment business into a well establish boutique agency• Recruited finance and sales teams in both head office and regional site environments• Led organisational design & change projects building new teams across 17 different countries• Delivered Management Buy Outs & change projects to the scale of $450M• Developed Distributor Strategies at a National, European & Global Level• Doubled growth to exceed $100M in European distributor marketAlong with what I have outlined above I am a strong Project Manager and currently a Prince 2 Practitioner. I have love of Muay Thai & Boxing which goes back years, I achieved a black belt although my sparring days are coming to an end. My next big fight is age & weight, which is not helped with the odd beer at regular concerts & gigs I attend which is hopefully balanced out with my appalling dad dancing.
