I recruit for accountants and finance staff at all levels and have a particular interest in logistics that goes back 20 years when I first sold into the industry.I have come to recruitment late in my career having spent time working for large international organisations as well as founding small start-ups. My approach is simple & candid; I look to develop long term, trusted relationships with both candidates and clients.Prior to recruitment I worked in the downstream oil industry where I have been involved in sales, marketing, strategy and organisation design with some of the world’s largest organisations. I have love of Muay Thai & Boxing which goes back years, I achieved a black belt although my sparring days are coming to an end. My next big fight is age & weight, which is not helped with the odd beer at regular concerts & gigs I attend which is hopefully balanced out with my appalling dad dancing.
