Developed and implemented Operations strategy to support five-year plan. 2016 and 2017 execution exceeded all metrics; great traction on 2018 plan.• Led manufacturing modernization and capabilities initiative with 2.5-year ROI, improved quality, increased capabilities, decreased COGS and improved lead times while supporting record sales. • Extensive collaboration on role clarity, continuous improvement and shaping culture resulted record shipment years; 2017 record NI (17% over plan), yet within plan; and company-wide team member engagement scores improving from 43% in 2015 to present day 82%.• Reinvigorated Lean, across the organization. Leveraged engaged workforce resulting in multi-million dollar cost reductions (1.5% of Sales) and significant cost avoidance; contributing to 17% NI increase over plan. • Improved key year-on-year metrics: Profit/FTE (21% increase in 2017) customer complaints, warranty, inventory turns, internal and external quality performance (combined 25% reduction in defects), on-time performance, supplier on-time performance and new product development performance. • Re engineered logistics processes resulting in 11% cost reduction and improved actionable shipping performance data in 2017.• Implemented supply chain plan that improved reliability and quality assurance lead times from domestic and LCC suppliers.
