capstone Logistics, LLC. is the leading performance workgroup partner in the United States with over 347 operating locations• Lead a team of 70 associates and 3 supervisors across three shifts, (2 auditors, 1 clerk, 7 forklift drivers, 24 Material Handlers, 36 pickers, 3 Supervisors per shift) unloading/loading trucks and picking products• Oversee and double check inventory of products being unloaded and picked• Correctly billing the client• Payroll for associates• Capstone Compliance (EOS reports, Client surveys, safety evaluations, P&L reports, KPI Tracker)

Process Manger -Enforce attendance policy, keep track of the whereabouts of 1300 employees. -Responsible for approving associates time off(vacation, bereavement, and sick days)-Liaison between Jet.com and Focus(temp agency that works for Jet.com). Hold meetings and present presentations of temp workers that are up for conversion to become Jet.com employees-Responsible for the termination of employees that violate the attendance policy.Team Lead (Special Ops)- Working with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of supplies- Creating and managing a process to track inventory of supplies- Seeking out vendors and competitive pricing for current or new supplies- Being a central point of purchasing for non-recurring warehouse supplies such as furniture or electronic equipment- Developing a process to ensure purchased supplies move seamlessly from delivery, through inbound dock operations, to the area of need- Managing all of our vendor relationships from order communication to payment and pricing terms

In charge of all content running on the screens around the property, make sure old content comes down and new content goes up, in charge of special events,photography, and help with marketing ideas
