Performed a variety of duties aimed at managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients. In most cases, I was the primary company representative who communicated with clients. As a result, it was important to deliver a positive customer service experience. This is accomplished by listening to each client in order to gain an understanding of their individualized needs, in order to direct them to the appropriate product or service. It was important to manage the expectations of my clients by working quickly to resolve disruptions that occur during the service delivery process, as my goal was to win their repeat business.
