As a qualified clinical psychologist, I work for Children's Psychological Services and provide specialist clinical psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for children, young people and their families, across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.I am also actively involved in research, consultation and evaluation.

I provided high volume, low intensity CBT interventions at Step 2 of the Stepped Care model. I offered psychological support though 1:1, telephone and group work. I provided IAPT clinical interview and risk assessment. Furthermore I was involved with tender writing for commissioners, and part of the British Sign Language (BSL) IAPT service

I provided age-appropriate support and non-judgemental guidance over the phones and online. I used a child-centred approach to offer empathy and listened actively. Additionally, I ran focus groups for service improvements

Despite working for a short length of time, I provided culturally sensitive respite support for Jewish families in Manchester. I ranactivities for youngsters with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities. Furthermore, I aided a boy with autism to engage with daily routine, pleasurable and necessary activities.

I jointly conducted initial assessments, assisted the clinical psychologists with formulations and helped to run 1:1 CBT interventions. Additional responsibilities included conducting neuropsychological assessments and disseminating resources for training purposes. I received detailed training on risk assessment and handling confidential data. During quieter periods, I was able to interact and run activities with 15 adults suffering enduring mental health difficulties in the day care centre. During my PhD, I investigated children's implicit and explicit responses to the counterfactual emotions regret and relief. I conducted detailed and research-specific literature reviews.I wrote ethical proposals and obtained consent from schools, headteachers, parents and participants.
