With my background in data science and computer science, I have acquired a comprehensive foundation in the field of machine learning and have already applied this at various points in my career. My professional path began with an apprenticeship as an information technology assistant in combination with my Abitur, followed by a bachelor's degree in computer science with a focus on machine learning. As I have been particularly interested in the practical application of theoretical concepts, I then completed an internship in the field of Parkinson's research, where I was able to implement various machine learning methods. When I moved to Aachen, I further expanded my expertise in pattern recognition during my Master's degree in Data Science. As part of my master's thesis at Forschungszentrum Jülich, I developed a deep learning pipeline on the HPC cluster JUWELS and gained valuable experience in the creation of synthetic training data.
