Reform Social Bar and grill is a British Gastro Pub themed restaurant located in the lakes, Dubai. During the week there are several promotional evenings which keep it busy during the week, and the weekends are extremely busy serving across 2 separate bars. The standard of service is very high and the products sold are of a very good quality. My role is to serve drinks for guests at the bar and to mix drinks for guests in the restaurant. We have weekly incentives on the bar which I have achieved comfortably. Another role is to create cocktails for our barrel aged menu, and also to add my input on new cocktail menus and spec sheets. I have also been trained to a basic level cellar management, and duties included cleaning lager and ale lines, changing waste and bottle bins, taking deliveries from suppliers and keeping general cleanliness and order to the cellar.
