I am the Founder and CEO of The Post Workspaces, located at 7400 North Oracle Road, Tucson, Arizona. Together with my partner and co-founder, Chelle Peterson, we provide a unique environment for entrepreneurs and remote workers to maximize productivity. We are proud to be members of The League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC). With over three decades of commercial real estate experience working with landlords, investors, and tenants, I bring a unique perspective to the coworking industry, blending my expertise in real estate with the evolving needs of today’s workforce. I am also the Co-founder of CoLevelAI, an AI-driven marketing solution created to address the challenges we faced managing marketing for The Post Workspaces. We developed CoLevelAI to eliminate the inefficiencies of fragmented marketing systems, ultimately reducing our costs by two-thirds and significantly improving efficiency and member acquisition. Our success led us to make CoLevelAI available to other coworking operators as an affordable, all-in-one solution, so smaller operators can compete with the major, global operators in the industry.Previously, I operated The Waterfall Group, LLC, a commercial real estate investment firm. Throughout my 38-year career, I facilitated the sale of over $3 billion in multifamily properties and completed millions of square feet of transactions across office, industrial, retail, land, and self-storage sectors. As a principal, I oversaw acquisitions of more than $500 million in multifamily assets nationwide. I earned my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1995 and had the honor of serving as a past president of the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter. I share my life with the incredible Chelle Peterson, who is not only my partner but also the person who makes everything happen at The Post Workspaces (we spend a lot of time together). We share a love for travel, having explored South America and Asia, and are planning a trip to Europe next. One of our greatest joys is spending time with my grandsons. We enjoy attending their wrestling tournaments and lacrosse events. As a longtime martial arts practitioner, I earned my black belt in 2003 and my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2013. I’m especially excited to pass along my passion for Muay Thai Boxing to three of my grandsons, while the fourth is conquering the world of business and I could not be prouder.
