London based Estate Upkeep Manager, working for a London based TMO (Leathermarket JMB) in the Social Housing Industry. currently the JMB manages services for over 1600 homes in the London Bridge area, of which I directly manage all of the estate services teams. As the estates upkeep manager, I hold the responsibility of overseeing day to day management of all company estate based staff members and vitally their Health & Safety.In addition to my core duties, I am also responsible for the company’s fleet management, delivery of communal estate repairs, planned maintenance initiatives in which I specify, procure and project manage communal improvements, grants and schemes on behalf of the residents and leaseholders.
