In late 2017 I applied for a job on the employee sharesave team and was offered a senior administrator position on the maturity team. My role is to ensure that the employee’s shares are allotted upon maturity and that they receive their requested options. This involves working thoroughly and accurately to tight deadlines, we perform a lot of manual.

As a team it was our responsibility to process the proxy votes for the meetings, collate these figures to pass onto the client in an accurate and timely matter.

When I left college I started work at Equiniti registrars as a temp on the ‘Letter of Indemnity Team', after a year I was offered a permanent contract.
