I am a task and goal driven person, so have prided myself over the years of trying to better myself in areas that interest me. My job roles have consisted of Kitchen Assistants/Cooks down to Provisioning Agent in a Telecommunication setting.In my current job role is where my expertise lies the most; with Information Technology.Currently my position is a promotion from a first level Helpdesk role within Shortcuts Software.My role is to not only work with computers and our current Point of Sale system, but to speak and manage queries and tasks given from resellers of the POS product from outside of the UK, such as Germany, France, Spain, Cyprus and more. Not only do I undertake tasks given, I undertake these at a second-level of complexity, and I am required to also travel to said countries to meet, update and build rapport with these resellers.In the past I have proven to not only myself but to employers that any job I do, I do with focused, customer driven mindset to ensure that my work is efficient and effective to suit the customer's desires.In my education, I have achieved a Higher National Diploma in MMU University; as well as D*D*D within my BTEC Sport and Fitness course in my sixth form years.I currently own my own business also named Alive Apparel Ltd. An independent eco-friendly clothing brand which I focus on as a hobby of mine.
