Oversee all diocesan ministries and initiatives relating to Marriage, Family Life, and Respect Life- Write, layout, and design Unveiled, a comprehensive marriage preparation program for the diocese- Organize, plan, and execute strategy for Men’s and Women’s ministry in the diocese, including diocesan-wide conferences- Manage the Respect Life Grant process including evaluating requests, instituting metrics, and reimbursing monies - Create and implement a marriage enrichment program to support couples at transition points in married and family life - Pioneer the publication, marketing, and sale of Unveiled in the print and e-learning mediums (currently in 10 other dioceses) - Develop the social media strategy across multiple offices - Transitioned a team of 12 to an automated workflow system and integrated elements of Agile project management
