❖ Supported a host of websites and healthcare portals by ensuring they met PCI, AODA (WCAG 2.0 A/AA), and other compliance standards. This was achieved using JAWS, NVDA, Compliance Sheriff, Color Contrast Analyzer, Wave, and various chrome extensions.❖ Utilized selenium automation to ensure features were working as expected and assessed that inputted data was properly represented in the back-end systems (Bloomreach & Exponia) using T-SQL queries. Ensured that the various test suites, largely those built in Selenium for front-end testing, and Postman collections for API testing were returning expected results.❖ Improved product quality and reliability by analyzing existing test coverage and working to rectify deficient areas. Designed and coded stop gap measures.❖ Reported bugs and progress on Jira with detailed run reports which could be plainly understood and prioritized.❖ Collaborated with other testers, developers, managers and stakeholders to keep our progress and priorities in sync. My contributions helped optimize our work methods and validate that our efforts were being directed effectively.

❖ Designed and owned several SQL and Excel databases relating to CRM, financials and marketing initiatives. Enhanced stability by implementing recovery procedures, performance tuning and system backups.❖ Monitored and reviewed all data imports including the daily automation imports I designed. During my first 3 months, CRM database scale increased 300+% due to my custom web scraping efforts. By automating manual web scraping efforts with regex and VBA, the need for manual data entry was nearly removed entirely.❖ Generated ad hoc SQL queries to support business intelligence and external client dataset requests.
