When the pandemic hit, musicians were forced out of work. During this time I was hired to work closely with musician, Josh Daniel on developing a nightly online concert that ran for 365 consecutive days. Our use of innovative online platforms for live streaming lead to him being named #8 highest live streamer in the country by Pollstar.-Responsible for over $55,000 in fundraising efforts for various children's charities. -Managed nightly online content and fan interaction via Facebook/Instagram/Youtube. -Booked gigs with customers in locations all over the country including private online streams, socially distanced neighborhood events and eventually back to full touring. I get to utilize my business background, entrepreneurial experience, and creative side to help build the brand of Josh Daniel Music thru building online community experiences, designing merchandise items, writing/playing music, and tracking trends to help build a larger audience.

-Created the most sustainable catering operation in the United States. -First Certified B-Corp catering company in the United States.-Hosted 3000 events in 12 years where we proved that waste can be reduced to almost zero, even for large-scale events.-Created all graphics, website design, email and domain setup, marketing plans, customer lists, managed staffing, managed social media, and handled all sales.-Created a bio-fuels program for all delivery vehicles-Created a composting program to divert approx. 10 tons of waste per year from landfills. Instead of going to the landfills the composted products were given a new life as nitrogen rich soil for farmers.-Developed a private partnership and actively farmed the Agro-ecology Education Farm at NC State Universities teaching fields in Raleigh, NC. This process ensures sustainable practice and cost saving techniques. Spend approximately 15 hours a week on farm. No use of chemicals or additives to soil unless all natural. On-site vermacompost (worm) study. Created herb garden at home office supplying all organic herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, oregano, and mint) to catering company (saving approx $15/lb for organic herbs). Grown from seed to maturation each season. Spend approximately 15 hours a week on herb gardens. No sprays or non-natural fertilizers, organic certified soil and plant feed used at all times.
