CurrentAs a Liquidlogic System Consultant, I evaluated operational efficiency, identified areas for improvement, and supported the current team in implementing recommendations and collaborating on system development. My responsibilities included reviewing governance arrangements and support structures for Liquidlogic systems, presenting change recommendations to heads of service and improving cross team relationships. Key proposals involved transitioning to cloud hosting and enhancing the functionalities of key applications like LCS, EHM, and CP-IS.Developed a tracking system for change requests, facilitating daily cross-team collaboration and on the reporting to senior leadership.Conducted in-depth assessments of Liquidlogic applications, focusing on governance, operational delivery, issues management, end-user training, system development and opportunities for change.Promoted collaboration among Children’s Services practitioners and technical staff to optimize application development and support.Launched an initiative to manage electronic and paper record retention, developing policies and schedules to handle over two years' worth of work.Delivered detailed action plans for projects, including MASH implementation and system simplification, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.Leading the implementation of Liquidlogic hosting solutions to enhance system stability and reduce downtime, while proposing improvements to end-user training.Identified and prioritized key projects aligned with Nottingham City’s operational needs, improving system functionality and user experience.This role exemplified my commitment to effective systems management within public service organizations, aiming to improve outcomes for children and families in Nottingham City.
