I currently own and operate a construction and remodeling business doing design/build projects in residential and light commercial construction. In this company I personally handle the sales, accounting, scheduling, and job site management of sub-contractors, as well as being the lead-carpenter. In this position I have, also, provided extensive property management services to customers for their homes, condos and businesses. I work for a largely exclusive circle of clients, with all business coming by way of referral or repeat.
