Bringing people and communities together to create lasting connections and meaningful change has been my focus throughout my career. Over the past 13 years, I’ve been building partnerships that connect individuals with the resources and opportunities needed to drive sustainable growth, both locally and globally.My journey began in Simferopol, Crimea, where I volunteered at an orphanage and saw firsthand the daily challenges children faced, as well as the difficulties nongovernmental organizations encountered in meeting those needs. That experience motivated me to launch Change for Ukraine, uniting a network of supporters in Northeast Ohio and partners in Ukraine to provide essential resources to over 500 children across six orphanages. Witnessing the power of communities working together toward shared goals inspired me to join the Peace Corps, where I collaborated with communities in the Republic of Georgia to strengthen local resources for long-term development.Today, at CHN Housing Partners, I bring that same collaborative philosophy to our community-building efforts. Together, we have expanded services by 310%, created over 400 job opportunities, and mobilized more than 1,100 volunteers. Beyond the numbers, we are building an ecosystem where people, programs, and resources align to foster individual growth and community resilience.Whether I am helping communities access critical resources or building spaces that empower individuals to thrive, my commitment is always to create environments where everyone feels supported and valued.

  Developed and scaled Community Building & Engagement (CBE) line, leading program growth and cross-sector partnerships that serve 1,100+ families. Spearheaded initiatives in workforce development, resident engagement, and outreach while managing operations and a small team. Partnered with internal departments and external organizations to align resources and drive sustainable impact for affordable housing residents and communities.
