Returning to the Swedish organization, I resumed my role as Engineering Manager and, additionally, took on interim leadership of the Production department for a 13-month period.During this time, we experienced rapid growth in production volumes. To meet demand, we expanded operations from a 24/5 to a 24/7 schedule. Simultaneously, the engineering department launched major investment projects to increase capacity and double the factory’s footprint and the packaging machines required.
