My role was to assist with the design and development of various types of fridges as well as to produce 3D CAD (Solidworks) models and 2D drawings of the ECH Engineering refrigeration test room design. Design and development work involved manufacturing components with on-site equipment, testing the fridges using various calibrated testing equipment and reporting the data in a concise manner along with suggestions for development.

Project manager responsible for both validating the design and investigating the market and production viability of an innovative air source heat pump concept. The role involved in-depth technical analysis and theoretical calculations, conducting project meetings, engaging stakeholders, investigating risk, project administration and resource planning.Experienced using Solidworks and AutoCad LT for producing 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.

Worked as part of a project team tasked with finding innovative engineering solutions to problems for the development of a new product. This involved producing detailed 2D design drawings from conceptual product ideas and the creation and assembly of parts from 3D models using CATIA v5. I was also tasked with producing project documents such as test plans, test reports and health and safety risk assessments, along with presenting calculations and findings.

Chairman of the Musical Theatre Group at the university, democratically elected in to lead the group. Including communicating with the university and leading weekly committee meetings. Produced two productions over the course of the academic year, resulting in one of the most successful years in the group's 15 year history, helping to sustain the future of the society.

As a Sales Advisor for Debenhams your daily task is to provide customers with a fantastic customer service experience. Being on hand to answer any questions, being able to provide expert recommendations and advising on any experience enhancing promotions that exist in store contribute to the customer service role. During my time at Debenhams i worked for two different departments, Childrenswear and Homewares, both providing a very different customer-advisor relationship that required adaptability and communication skills.

Activity Instructors at Klub Group Adventure are required to deliver activities to a group of 10-12 children from the ages of 6-18 daily for a 6 week period. The work is intensive, often shifts last from 8am until 10pm, with one day off per week. The children are a range of nationalities, English, French, German, Malaysian and Spanish to name a few, so often a language barrier has to be overcome; which requires exceptional communication abilities. Activities taught include; Archery, Quad Biking, Arts and Crafts, Mountain Biking, Sports and Drama.
