• Identifying, managing and closing new sales opportunities
• Maintaining an excellent working relationship with customers through regular account reviews
• Utilising technology and data to review customer adoption & performance
• Growing adoption of our applications with customers
• Handling the renewal process

I worked to ensure customers were achieving agreed outcomes and getting as much value as possible from our applications. I also provided some training, guidance and consultancy with a view to improving adoption and solving any issues they may have. The role required me to present data on utilisation, existing and new features, support Customer Relationship.

Provided information management solutions and consultancy. I worked for various high profile clients, private, public and international. I was required to excel in implementing and developing technical solutions and tools for construction and infrastructure projects. This involved policy writing, implementing change and managing Common Data.

At CASS, I was responsible for the management and development of over 70 online learning spaces. I managed busy programmes and projects, working with staff with various personal schedules, commitments and interests.I developed and enforced further use of I.T in learning within the schools, researching developments in technologies.I was responsible for.

Produced and implemented new processes in the running of City Law School including an online Extenuating Circumstance process and the monitoring of student participation against performance, particularly international students. These projects required design, implementation and management, communicating with all staff within the organisation.
