Served on the global leadership team from Series B through to acquisition and expansion from 1 to 6 markets. Built and led an Operations department with 40+ team members executing multiple business functions, including supply chain management, quality assurance, inventory forecasting, warehousing, assembly, last mile distribution, and refurbishment.- Designed and implemented an inventory forecasting and ordering system for dozens of SKUs from manufacturers in China to six markets across sub-Saharan Africa- Scaled operations from 40,000 solar home systems distributed annually to over 200,000 systems annually across 120 rural points of sale across Uganda- Defined best practices and supported new Fenix markets in establishing their operations and inventory management systems- Managed key strategic partnership with largest telecom in Uganda

- Implemented a robust supply chain, inventory management and live last-mile distribution system to order, track, and monitor inventory from China to over 100+ rural points of sale in Uganda- Established new Quality Assurance (QA) and field operations departments to ensure hardware product quality and to manage last mile inventory distribution and strategy, respectively- Led country-wide launch of new products and technologies, establishing Fenix in its industry leading position
