We also handle professional licensing defense matters representing doctors, nurses, and others against the complaints against their licenses.As part of our Marijuana Law practice, we assist clients with applications to the State of Michigan for commercial licenses available as part of Michigan’s Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act, and other associated legal matters required to assist with State licensing.As part of my Family Law practice, I specialize in helping clients with high conflict and complex family law matters, ranging from divorce and child custody to child and spousal support modifications, and paternity actions. Whether through mediation and arbitration or through contentious in-Court litigation, we strive to ensure our clients have their rights protected with aggressive and effective representation.I also represent clients in complex criminal cases where there are serious felony allegations. As a former Wayne County Prosecutor I spent a substantial amount of time handling financial crimes including complex criminal enterprise cases and other "White Collar Crimes,” as well as violent felonies, such as robberies, home invasions and Homicide/murder cases.
