Working for go Vauxhall was a good refresh of getting back into the sales drive I found myself very comfortable within the team that was already in place I was quick to learn the products and the brand . I found myself taken by the brand and I was enuthiatsic when approaching customers and felt confident enough to explain FCA and quotations in enough detail for the customers understanding my days would start with an open meeting within the team and seeing how we could improve issues that would have be made apparent in the past weeks I was very consistent on prospecting and following up customers I predominantly sold new cars but was also training on the Motability scheme which is for customer with all sorts of disability’s .These particular kind of customer must be taken with the upmost care and attention as they sometimes feel very vulnerable although I am very sales driven I think the customers satisfaction out ways the sale drive every time.

I have mainly worked at small franchise dealerships and I never had the experience working at a main HQ dealer until I started working at Honda. This is situated in Chiswick not far from central London. My role at Honda as a service advisor means I am constantly on the move with either answering phone calls or meeting people I work in a large team from the technicians in the workshops to the sales teams. My role is to directly speak to the customer via phone calls and to arrange appointments over nine different dealers within our group. I'm personally taking and receiving over 1000 calls a week with my team there is 5-6 people and each have our own set targets which are met at the end of the month. I have excelled every month with reaching my targets. I feel I am capable working in any busy and hectic situation and feel all my experiences I have gained make me a reliable and a driven worker. I have many skills I feel I'm not using in my current position and would like a career which I will enjoy with the opportunity to move higher up. I have expanded my computer skills by working with bespoke systems uniquely designed to fit the job at hand

Wilson’s was my first sales job I had been employed as a trainee to do a full year under guidance from a top salesman. My trainee roles was learning the basics which included pricing, learning each model and being able to approach a customer in a polite manner and confidently speak about the product I was occasionally left with the customer to see what their needs were and to report back to my mentor so he could close the deal. I found learning from someone to be a great benefit in which I could watch and learn how to do things in a way I am happy with.

Primark was my first job when I was 16. I was only allowed to work on tills at the weekends this wasn’t the most exciting job but I got knowledge in retail and was happy to just been giving the chance of a job . This gave me knowledge and self-confidence. There was a huge team of us and I quickly made friends with every member of staff. I was at Primark for a long time and I was moved to customer service as they saw how I was with customers. When I chose to leave and move on with my life Primark offered me a manager’s job but I declined as I wanted to experience other things.
