Bid DirectorKeolis Group Mar 2018 - Sep 2018Courbevoie, Île-De-France, FrDaniel led the Keolis, North America bid in directing the request for qualifications (RFQ) submission for the Regional Express Rail Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) contract. Responsible for setting up the ‘collaboration agreements’ across the consortia, which involved Engineering Procurement and Construction, Systems (vehicles and signals and traction power), and Keolis as the lead Operator of the DBFOM. This was a complex and challenging environment as all three companies involved in the consortia were from different owning group Countries. Daniel successfully managed to introduce the ‘Partnering’, ‘Equity’ and Teaming agreements. Daniel led the detailed delivery of the bid strategy that resulted in successful selection as a pre-qualified consortia. -
