Gained experience in the following industries: Ethanol Plant Construction/Production:Expanded my responsibilities of being a Single Crew Millwright Foreman to that of a Multi-Craft Foreman for both Millwright and Structural. This gave me an advantage in the advancement to Superintendent position, while giving my direct supervisor the benefit of easier coordination of scheduling between the two crafts.Responsibilities:Resolution of general arrangement over sights for equipment that took into consideration general design of the plantAbility and knowledge to fabricate changes in the field to platforms, stair landings, etc.Assisting in initial plant start up of equipment which included in process alignments and hot line workCommunication with field hands and middle managementSugar Refining:Biggest challenge presented me in the field was a multi level (seven elevation changes), large bore pipe run in sugar plant that was in the middle of productionResponsibilities:Directing twelve teams for one week/24 hours per day - six teams per shiftWork had to be coordinated in a fashion that limited shut down of that part of the process for three hours or less to complete the line tie ins, so as not to shut down other production in the plant. This was a successful project that proved my ability to manage multiple crews, scheduling and my understanding of the process.Wind Generation Farms:Reported directly to the Project SuperintendentResponsibilities:All aspects of managing various crews including overseeing civil work such as concrete and rebar, structural in the erection of tower sections, setting of nacelles, assembly and install of rotors. Coordinate with the clients representative on concrete and soil testing, as well as, tower erection. Collaborated closely with turbine manufacturer on install and commissioning of turbines.

Worked with grain handling systems as a millwright welder. Operations ranged from small farms to elevators large enough to have rail systems.Constructed seed corn driers on location
