I manage the application development team where my team and I work closely with our dealerships to understand their pain points and develop software solutions to address their needs. I was responsible for my own P&L, analyzing and reducing costs for the territory while increasing sales and profitability through better product mix, marketing promotions, service schedule, developing relationships with customers, staffing and hiring.
