My main job role was working with the people interested in joining and teaching them the skills they would need to prepare them for training and also go through all the information about what the Army Reserve and answer any questions they wished to know. My daytime role was planning recruitment events, speaking to the appropriate people, creating networks, completing applicants paperwork and filing correctly and organizing lessons to teach.

I have worked with various companies and various sole traders to gain a wide range of knowledge and skills to use in the flooring industry, I have been taught how to prep a wide range of floors so that the flooring material can be laid professionally and smartly on top. I have been taught how to lay various types of carpet tiles, LVT and sheet vinyl including Cap and Cove.

My main roles were driving the repurposed van to party events and once at location setting up the video game consoles, once that was complete my next role was the party host, I had to entertain the children, maintain contact with the parents throughout the party so they stayed up to date with what was happening. The parties were designed so that after a certain time limit the children swapped round I had to keep appropriate track of time and allow enough time throughout the party so that each child was allowed to play on each machine. Once the parties were completed and the van returned, I had to inspect the van and make sure there were no damages and it was clean and tidy. Another role I had involved teaching children how to use the game creation engine called scratch, it involved the children doing everything from initial drawings on paper down to programming and using pictures of themselves and their own voices if they wished. The finished product allowed them to take a working basic video game level home that they could show thier parents and be prud of.
