With over 20 years of experience in the social care sector, I am the Responsible Individual for children’s homes at Bedspace, a leading provider of accommodation and support services for vulnerable people.I have a track record of improving services and outcomes for children and young people, using research-based and evidence-led approaches to introduce positive change. I have led teams to achieve and maintain outstanding ratings from Ofsted, and to transform services from inadequate to outstanding. I am currently opening homes in the north west which will provide therapeutically informed care. I am skilled in conflict management, strategic planning, budgeting, change management, data analysis, and project management. My mission is to provide high-quality and compassionate care for children and young people, and to support them to reach their full potential.
