In my most recent role I have worked at Elite Built Homes, a branch of Berkshire Hathaway's real estate Division, where I articulated clear precise housing market data to leadership to help complete multimillion-dollar land acquisition deals, corresponded with contractors to schedule, maintain, and complete jobs in a timely manner, and oversaw the completion of cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of over 20 water quality units. As a House Manager at Phi Gamma Delta, I oversaw the maintenance and operation of the fraternity house, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the members and guests. I coordinated with vendors, contractors, and staff, and managed a budget of over $10,000. I also organized and led various events and activities, such as fundraisers, socials, and community service projects, demonstrating my communication and project management skills. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in city/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at Michigan State University, where I am learning about the principles and practices of urban design, sustainability, and policy.
