Performed equipment set-up, calibration, tuning, testing, troubleshooting and repair of highly complex integrated microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies to established frequencies and specifications. Performed in-process final electronic verification tests according to written test procedures using test equipment such as network and scalar analyzers, spectrum and noise figure analyzers, power meters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, function generators and automatic test equipment. Utilized schematic and block diagrams to locate and repair malfunctions to component level. Created rework instructions realigned, adjusted and retested after rework as required. Prepared and maintained test documentation, records and logs as required. Tested and evaluated engineering new design and pre-production hardware. Optimized new designs under engineering direction. Performed Failure Analysis on Return Material Authorization (RMA). Incorporated Technical Design Modifications and assisted with Engineering Investigations. Inspected all work prior to releasing the work order for further processing.
