I gained a lot of knowledge and experience through this program, not only on JavaScript and coding practises, but on soft skills as well such as communication and teamwork.These skills were constantly tested with real development projects where I was required to work with others to produce working code in a very short space of time.I have applied these skills in a number of ways. I began a personal project part way through the course entitled ‘Feeding Ferments’ which is a fermentation management system. This app has been rebuilt from the ground up several times over as we learned about new technology. I have also led a team to create a robust, fully-fledged application called SpacePants, which is a mobile multiplayer party game using websockets. In all of these projects I aim to solidify my knowledge, and also find ways in which I can extend and challenge myself. Show less
