I currently head the property management department at Glide covering the North, East and Central Areas. Glide Property Management is a fast-growing and innovative company that offers a range of services and solutions for landlords and residential leaseholders and freeholders across the UK.As the Head of Property Management, I oversee the operations, performance, and quality of our portfolio properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. I also manage a team of 7 property managers and additional supporting staff. My responsibilities also include cross collaboration across multiple departments, national team management and control of P&L.I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
