Supervise the circulation of Initiative Petitions and Voter Registration forms throughout Ohio, with ownership of a geographically constrained area.Take initiative to build trust with and establish regular coordination with key stakeholders and partners and affected workers to recruit additional paid and volunteer capacity for our organizing department. Learn and adapt to Ohio’s political climate, developing messaging in real-time with supervisory staff to effectively advocate for One Fair Wage’s vision of restorative economic justice Develop and implement trainings to develop the professional culture and skillset of the combination of data and field staff under the supervision Produce weekly reports summarizing strategic improvements and failures of campaign operations, with special attention to KPIs tied to field and data department work product As necessary, implementing disciplinary action against subordinate staff failing to observe One Fair Wage’s professional standards Hold weekly all-staff meetings and one-on-one performance reviews with subordinate staff to develop a high-functioning and collaborative office culture Develop creative strategies and systems that will be most effective at reaching unlikely voters in your region and lead your team to successfully engage these voters and hit organizing metrics. Implement clear data and reporting procedures, adhere to established data standards, and ensure data integrity.Communicate clearly up and down the chain of command, including by rolling out campaign priorities, sharing key field learnings to HQ, and assisting in the development of statewide adaptations, where appropriate.Motivate entry-level staff to flourish in a fast-paced and rigorous campaign environment by facilitating daily check-in/out calls, 1:1 meetings, weekly trainings, and regular team meetings.
