While that is not important now, the values I learned during that time are. My goal in my career is to become the best at what I do, but that is not possible without a team first mentality. Championship aren’t won by an individual, but as a team and that translates into how I operate on a daily basis. My desire to expand my knowledge, take on foreign responsibilities and educate others from my experiences is what has led to my team and personal success in my career. This is something I continue to develop and implement everyday with the goal of becoming a strong leader and the best in my craft. I do not settle for failure, but grow from it.
