The first students with the new concentration graduated in Fall 2010. • Preparing and presenting lectures and laboratory exercises, preparing assignments and examinations, and evaluating student performance in several courses: medical instrumentation, digital signal processing, control systems, and electronics. • Contributing to curriculum development. The digital signal processing and medical instrumentation courses were new and are required for the BMET concentration.• Principal investigator on a successful grant proposal ($86,925 in funding) for BMET laboratory equipment.• Received highest ranking, highest merit, on faculty evaluation report (2009 and 2010).
