As an IT Consultant at soffico GmbH, I support our clients on their journey toward becoming a Smart Factory. In collaboration with our customers, I develop concepts for integrating both IT and OT systems and implement interfaces using our proprietary software, Orchestra. We empower our clients to take control of their data, ensuring that the right data is available at the right time, in the right format, and at the right place.My key responsibilities include:- Designing and implementing system interfaces- Delivering client presentations and conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs)- Managing the Orchestra software, including installations and migrations- Training internal employees and external customers

During my role as a working student at MAN in the Spare Parts Order Processing department, with a focus on order scheduling, I supported my colleagues in the procurement process for spare parts.My tasks included material transfers, maintaining customer orders, and tracking delivery deadlines with the use of SAP.
