I graduated with an associate's degree in communication and media studies from Central Oregon Community College in April 2022, where I learned how to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and media platforms. Before joining Mid Oregon Personnel Services, I worked as a leasing manager at Campus Advantage for 1.5 years, where I managed the leasing and marketing operations for a student housing community. I negotiated and administered leases, supervised the leasing team, and increased the occupancy and retention rates.
