Telx was sold to multiple private equity firms and in 2016 acquired by Digital Realty.• Led architecture and development of a customer portal for 10,000 users enabling customer self-service access to SAP, SalesForce.com, and Aperture Vista DCIM; portal won Liferay’s Pulse award.• Evaluated portal platforms and development vendors including onshore and offshore (Costa Rica and India); monitored progress of this multi-year project from ideation to completion and ongoing support.• Grew an IT organization from 1 employee to 10; evaluated and negotiated agreements with managed service providers for security, hosting and application support.• Managed a $5mm capex and opex budget; created a budgeting model based on inputs including headcount, revenue and occupied real estate to simplify IT budgeting process.• Led documentation and analysis of all key business processes including quote to cash, procurement, service delivery, incident response, planned maintenance, which later helped with SOC2 compliance. • Developed roadmaps addressing the IT needs of finance, operations, sales, and legal; analyzed hours per month of manual work in the order-to-cash process; and presented finding with visual heat maps.• Drove BI initiative; rolled out tools based on MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and Tableau to improve time to access key data; took initiative to uncover and present data inconsistencies.

Venture-backed global specialty chemicals producer Supresta LLC based in Westchester, NY with operations in the US and Europe, divested from Akzo Nobel, and later acquired by ICL Industrial Products for $352mm.• Led creation of an IT department during spin-off from former parent to form mid-sized chemicals manufacturing business of ~300 employees across US and Europe; led IT M&A activities during subsequent integration with new parent• Planned and executed a complex “disentanglement” to carve out all applications and infrastructure including SAP R/3 ERP system, Exchange email, Active Directory domain and WAN from parent company. • Managed vendor selection process and negotiated long-term contracts for outsourced infrastructure and application support with Atos teams in Europe and North America• Directed application development, infrastructure, and helpdesk functions; wrote IT policies and procedures to better structure IT operations for this growing organization. • Led ERP redesign project in SAP R/3, averted a painful and costly re-implementation by zeroing in on root causes of process issues; focused on financial planning process to solve production planning challenges. • Facilitated process design and requirements sessions with business leaders in US and Europe; migrated disparate business groups in the US and Europe to common, unified business processes and tools.• Led implementation and design of corporate intranet / R&D / idea management / product development processes in SharePoint.• Assisted in the forensic analysis of a previous employee’s unauthorized access by carefully parsing and reviewing firewall logs
