CurrentWithin my role at Elovate, I am responsible for achieving sales through cold acquisition and lead follow-up. A crucial aspect of this is providing demos and guiding new Elovate customers through onboarding. Within these tasks, documentation plays an essential role, where I understand customer questions and challenges and gather and communicate valuable feedback to developers. Link building (SEO) also plays an important role here.In addition, testing is part of my work where I test the overall functionality of websites for HYPR's clients, for example after implementing patches.

During my graduation period (HBO), I conducted an in-depth study of HYPR's business model, with a specific focus on Elovate, a new company emerging from HYPR. My main objective was to develop an appropriate business plan and strategy for Elovate. The thesis project produced valuable results, including actionable insights, attracting trial users and then successfully converting these users to paying customers, which ultimately had a positive impact on the company. During this period, I actively participated as a representative sales person at the WebWinelVakdagen (WWV) on behalf of Elovate. By effectively following up on the generated leads, I organised successful demos, which resulted in acquiring new customers for Elovate. In addition, during this period I gained experience with PIM systems and immersed myself in the complex world of E-commerce. In addition to my specific work for Elovate, I used established school methodologies, such as the Customer Journey and Porter's Five Forces, to conduct in-depth analysis. The graduate programme was a valuable and educational experience, in which I was able to significantly strengthen my analytical skills and achieve tangible results beyond theory.

During my internship (HBO) at Kaars Koffie, I supported the company in setting up a new business within the existing structure. After completing my internship, I was employed for six months, where I was jointly responsible for achieving sales, which was also my initial internship assignment.In this process, I undertook various activities, including creating flyers, designing the website logo and drafting website content. To monitor sales progress, I used Google Analytics. I also set up an automated email campaign to target potential customers. During my internship period (MBO), I prepared a comprehensive consultancy report. The report focused on gaining insight into the current situation regarding firebreaks and green space maintenance, with the aim of improving satisfaction and liveability in the neighbourhoods. The report used the composition of the residents' group as a starting point.During this internship, I had the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, which included neighbourhood managers, consultants, rental/collection and supervisors. My responsibilities included periodically inspecting common areas such as corridors, galleries, lifts, stairwells, entrances and the immediate surroundings of the building.I was also responsible for informing new residents about practical matters, such as waste disposal and house rules, and mediating in any conflict situations. If necessary, I involved relevant bodies in this.Finally, my duties also included identifying and remedying any shortages and defects in materials and tools. This work was essential to ensure an optimal living environment and to increase resident satisfaction.
