-Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all commercial plumbing related items, including literature, trade shows, training, and other content creation.-Provide data and support to assist with understanding customers and their motives, in addition to market conditions.-Create materials for advertising and programs which promote product line value.-Collect and analyze VOC and other data to support product development, modification and discontinuation efforts.-Development of product manuals to aid our customers in the design and installation of product.-Support external sales by creating and maintaining tools that help them sell product.-Act as the point-person for trade show related items, such as booth displays and content, as well as the creation and coordination of these items.
