The development will feature high-quality amenities, infrastructure, and finishes to provide a conducive work environment for professionals. This project showcases a commitment to fostering business growth and attracting companies to the region. Senior QS role from inception to completion 2019-2020- Dublin airport HBS upgrade/ baggage transfer facility. This facility plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of baggage and passengers through the airport, ultimately improving the overall travel experience for travelers. Value circa 30m managed from initial tender and bid through to substructure works. 2017-2019: Brickfield Lane Student Accommodation is a notable project focused on meeting the accommodation needs of students. With a project cost of 23 million, this development aims to create a modern and comfortable living environment for students, offering 264 beds in total.Senior role from inception to completion

2017 Clonard Rd Emergency Social Housing, features 25nr traditional and modular apartments, catering, crèche and offices for DCC /OPW & Salvation Army (3m)2017: Clonard Road Emergency Social Housing - This project involved the construction of 25 traditional and modular apartments, along with facilities such as catering, a crèche, and offices for Dublin City Council (DCC), Office of Public Works (OPW), and the Salvation Army. The total investment for this project was 3 million.2016: Powercity Airside Retail Park - This project encompassed the construction of a retail and warehouse facility shell and core, including CAT A works. Additionally, facade works were carried out for Powercity Coolock. The total cost for this project amounted to 4 million.2015-2016: Gateway Development - A high-end fit-out project was undertaken for the Electricity Supply Board (ESB). This multi-tenant development, valued at 20 million, focused on creating a category B fit-out for the ESB.

BAM Specialist Works Decision: Overseeing projects from start to finish, I have successfully managed a wide range of projects with values ranging from 50,000 to 5 million. My responsibilities include ensuring seamless project execution, from the initial planning stages to the final completion.

In my capacity as a Junior Quantity Surveyor, I was able to gain practical experience in the field while simultaneously pursuing my studies in Construction Economies and Management on a part-time basis at DIT Bolton Street. This role has allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge I have gained from my academic studies to real-world construction projects. I was actively involved in various aspects of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and project cost control. Through my work here, I had developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. Additionally, I was able to hone my communication and teamwork abilities by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within the construction industry. My dedication to continuous learning and my passion for construction during these years made me well-equipped to contribute effectively to any construction project while furthering my academic pursuits.
