Pool coordinator for the learn to swim programme at two sites. Built up the lesson programme at one venue from 600 to over 1500 children/adults in the first 3 years. This was achieved by focusing on the quality quality of service and the introduction of new innovative ideas. Second site increased capacity by over 20% in 2 years. Both sites consistently had over a 90% retention rate each term for rent bookings. I had to build a team at each venue, from reception staff, duty managers of the buildings, lifeguards and teaching staff. My success was not just the growth, it was also the production of quality swimmers and the impact on the direction on one the most successful programmes in England in terms of Olympic medals.
