Why should you invest in cyber security? it's not tangible, costs a lot of money and doesn't make your company more agile and efficient. ⚓ But it makes your company sustainable and you carry on doing your business for the next decades...Who am I?I started my career in IT more than 20 years ago. I used to do a lot of technical stuff maintaining windows server farms, virtualization platforms such as VMware/Citrix, configured some network components & firewalls and I was very much excited with Linux/Unix consoles even a little bit of Java programming. Then after all I started my leadership career, responsible for small teams up to global organizations and eventually I had an opportunity as a board member for a cloud-service company.Recently I took a new challenge as product portfolio manager for cyber defense services, which covers basically all journeys that I experienced. Board members are often reluctant to invest a fortune into security, so it requires a balance to identify and find the appropriate ROI. 👍 I generally like to be in the driver-seat, making impossible things possible.
